Wildflowers Dicots Ranunculales Ranunculaceae Delphinium

Spreading larkspur. It shows up on Rattlesnake trail. There’s one small patch just below the meadow and another, larger, just below Gibraltar road.

It was blooming in February-June.

It is somewhat smaller than D. parryi, with denser inflorescences, and faint yellow spots at the end of the petals.
