Old man, Old man’s beard, Coastal sagebush.

Thin, highly aromatic leaves. Grows pretty much everywhere. Flowers are tiny little green bumps. First noticed it blooming at the end of June.

Woody shrubs.

Note: In spite of the name sagebush, this is not closely related to sage.
