Chinese houses. It’s supposed to look like a pagoda with the flowers representing the various balconies.

Formerly this genus was placed in the Scrophulariaceae (figwort) family.

It looks like a pea, but is, in fact, a snap dragon.

First observed blooming in March, bloomed into June. Most common in April and May.
