Pseudognaphalium californicum

Wildflowers Dicots Eudicots Asterids Asterales Asteraceae Inuleae Pseudognaphalium

California pearly everlasting.

Grows on the upper reaches of most trail and starts blooming in March.

Formerly this taxon was Gnaphalium californicum. Looks very like P. biolettii, except that it isn’t bicolored.

The leaf is not bicolored.
